Conte set to become highest-paid manager in Chelsea’s history

Antonio Conte is close to agreeing a new contract at Chelsea after positive talks, Sky in Italy reports.
Conte has two years left on his current deal, but the Premier League winenrs are keen to reward him with fresh terms, after an impressive first year in England.
The new deal will see the Italian earn between £9.5m and £10m a year, making him the best-paid manager in the club’s history.
Chelsea declined to comment when contacted by Sky Sports News HQ.
Conte was widely reported to be frustrated with the Chelsea hierarchy, over a lack of investment in the transfer market. But it is believed that those issues have been ironed out.
His wife and daughter will also move to London to live with him.
